- ability to work in a moderately noisy environment with exposure to wet, humid conditions and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Job Duties
- assist to manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the fresh foods department
- assist the department manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department
- perform duties of baker, fryer, cake decorator, fresh foods clerks, and chef as needed
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- assist in appraising performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
