Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years related experience and/or training

- Ability to read and write simple English correspondence

Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence in English
- Knowledge of HT Internet software, email, inventory, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using American money and measurement units
- Ability to complete company training including orientation, customer service, safety, and food safety
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations
- Manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department
- Assist Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department
- Perform duties such as baker, fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerk, and chef
- Interview, train, and appraise associates
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Address complaints and resolve problems
