Job Duties
- Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
- Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
- Prepare cold food items such as prep salad dressings, fruit trays, fill soup cups and other tasks as assigned
- Follow sanitary regulations at all times
- Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience
- Set up meal trays, food carts and set up the dining room with utensils, salt and pepper, napkins, and clean common areas prior and after meals are served
- Assist in checking resident trays before distribution
- Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas
- Pour hot and cold beverages for residents
- Assist residents with opening their containers and condiments as needed
- Pay special attention to resident and guest needs while they are enjoying their dining experience
- Prepare and deliver snacks to special events and parties hosted at the community
- Bus tables during and after the meals
- Stock food and supplies properly and clean storage areas as directed
- Provide support services to other dining rooms, during events and activities as needed
- Attend trainings and employee meetings as directed by Supervisor(s)
- Clean and follow daily cleaning tasks
