Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- valid driver's license
- minimum age of 21 years
- ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- proven safe driving record
- experience providing customer service
- ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to lift 75 pounds
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
- must be 21 years of age
- must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service
- proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations
- experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus
- excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques
- thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues

Job Duties
- operate shuttle bus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations
- transport passengers to and from designated locations, following predetermined routes and schedules
- maintain accurate records of trip counts and other required documentation
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns
- ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle bus both inside and out
- provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- assist passengers with luggage or other belongings
- communicate effectively with guest ambassadors, dispatchers, and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules
- adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service
- maintain a clean driving record
- participate in mandatory training programs as required by DOT regulations and company policy
- report any accidents or incidents immediately to appropriate authorities and company personnel
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- perform other duties as assigned
