Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years general office management experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in typing, word processing, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred
- Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements including MMR, chickenpox, hepatitis, and flu as applicable
- Must be detail-oriented and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to perform simple mathematics
- Thorough knowledge and skill in typing, word processing, and excel programs
- High school graduate
- Two years of general office management experience
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be exact in performance and work well without direct supervision
Job Duties
- Open and close the reception desk and properly secure all files, keys, doors and equipment in the office area
- Welcomes visitors, vendors, and/or residents, answer phones, answers questions, handles inquiries and refer to proper departments
- Accepts and records, as directed, payments, reservations, appointments, cancellations, etc.
- Coordinates transportation for residents to medical appointments as needed
- Records and calculates all resident charges for nursing supplies and sends them to the accounting department on monthly basis
