Job Requirements
- Must be 23 years or older
- valid, current driver’s license
- clean motor vehicle record
- ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- no smoking, vaping, eating, or drinking in customer vehicles or at service locations
- minimum 1 year of driving experience
- ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps
- willing to work and drive in all weather conditions
- able to travel up to 150 miles from the office
- able to enter, exit, and operate various vehicles including cars, vans, Sprinters, 24-26 ft. box trucks
- experience with larger vehicles preferred but not required
- strong communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of basic motor vehicle laws
- professional appearance required including clean collared shirt, clean pants/shorts, well-groomed

Job Duties
- Deliver vehicles to homes or businesses
- complete electronic condition reports
- return via an ACERTUS-paid Uber or chase car
- pick up customer vehicles and bring them back to the hub
- transport vehicles for service, repairs, or detailing and coordinate return trips
- perform lot inventory and vehicle inspections as needed
- communicate clearly with clients and management
- handle and submit required vehicle documents
- perform minor interior/exterior clean-up such as vacuuming, removing items, light wash, plate installation/removal
- support other duties as needed based on daily volume
