Job Duties
- be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers
- suggest additional items to customers as appropriate
- support other areas of the restaurant as requested such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions

- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
