Job Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a full service restaurant setting
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to conduct staff performance evaluations and coaching
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude

  • Demonstrated history of job stability and positive impact on sales growth and profitability
  • Certified in Food Safety and Sanitation

  • Knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service and applicable liquor laws

Job Duties

  • Oversee and maintain a high-quality food and beverage program
  • Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring of hourly employees
  • Set weekly schedules and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant open hours
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Implement contests and incentives to create a fun, safe work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
  • Perform purchasing and inventory management duties efficiently
