Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Management experience required
  • Restaurant management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor cost management
  • Commitment to food safety and certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management with team leadership
  • Familiarity with managing profit and loss statements, food cost, and labor cost
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to certify
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Prior experience in full-service and hospitality management preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant employees to exceed customer expectations
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including food safety, inventory, and sales reporting
  • Drive key performance indicators such as labor, food, and cash control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and complete necessary certifications
  • Oversee cash management including drawer counts and deposits
  • Develop team members to improve performance and earnings
  • Foster an environment that embraces change and innovation
