Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor cost management
- Commitment to food safety and certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management with team leadership
- Familiarity with managing profit and loss statements, food cost, and labor cost
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to certify
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Prior experience in full-service and hospitality management preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- Lead and coach restaurant employees to exceed customer expectations
- Manage daily restaurant operations including food safety, inventory, and sales reporting
- Drive key performance indicators such as labor, food, and cash control
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and complete necessary certifications
- Oversee cash management including drawer counts and deposits
- Develop team members to improve performance and earnings
- Foster an environment that embraces change and innovation
