Job Requirements
- A valid state driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely drive a vehicle with manual transmission is a plus
- Availability to work special shifts including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers
- Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to adapt calmly to changes, delays, and unexpected events
- Physical capability to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment
- Occasional ability to sit, climb, balance
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or valet services is an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of local streets and traffic regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations calmly
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
- Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings
- Explain valet rates to customers
- Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management
- Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways
- Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work
- Assist management with additional duties as assigned
