Job Duties

  • Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
  • Supervise fueling staff
  • Maintain the daily fueling operations
  • Coordinate activities with lead-fueler and fuelers in performing into-plane and ground equipment fueling services
  • Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities
  • Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization
  • Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA, and OSHA procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in the training process of newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers, and supervisors
  • Account for fuel dispersals and receipts
  • Interface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion
  • Work with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines
  • Participate in airlines audit
  • Perform in operative gauge procedures as necessary
  • Implement monthly communication, safety, and staff meetings
  • Complete accident/incident investigations and associated paperwork
  • Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor
  • Implement daily tail gate meetings
