Job Duties
- Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
- Supervise fueling staff
- Maintain the daily fueling operations
- Coordinate activities with lead-fueler and fuelers in performing into-plane and ground equipment fueling services
- Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities
- Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization
- Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA, and OSHA procedures, rules, and regulations
- Assist in the training process of newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers, and supervisors
- Account for fuel dispersals and receipts
- Interface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion
- Work with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines
- Participate in airlines audit
- Perform in operative gauge procedures as necessary
- Implement monthly communication, safety, and staff meetings
- Complete accident/incident investigations and associated paperwork
- Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor
- Implement daily tail gate meetings
