  • 1-3 years experience of fueling operations
  • Experience in a supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
  • Supervise fueling staff
  • Maintain the daily fueling operations
  • Coordinate activities with lead-fueler and fuelers for into plane and ground equipment fueling services
  • Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities
  • Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization
  • Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA and OSHA procedures, rules and regulations
  • Assist in training of newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers and supervisors
  • Account for fuel dispersals and receipts
  • Interface with airline shift management to implement operational expansions
  • Work with airport operations to ensure safety and security compliance and participate in airline audits
  • Perform operative gauge procedures as necessary
  • Implement monthly communication, safety and staff meetings
  • Complete accident/incident investigations and paperwork
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
  • Implement daily tailgate meetings
  • Manage quality, health, safety, and environmental activities to reduce injuries and damage
