- Knowledge of FAA, OSHA, and MWAA regulations
Job Duties
- Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
- Supervise fueling staff
- Maintain the daily fueling operations
- Coordinate activities with lead-fueler and fuelers for into plane and ground equipment fueling services
- Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities
- Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization
- Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA and OSHA procedures, rules and regulations
- Assist in training of newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers and supervisors
- Account for fuel dispersals and receipts
- Interface with airline shift management to implement operational expansions
- Work with airport operations to ensure safety and security compliance and participate in airline audits
- Perform operative gauge procedures as necessary
- Implement monthly communication, safety and staff meetings
- Complete accident/incident investigations and paperwork
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
- Implement daily tailgate meetings
- Manage quality, health, safety, and environmental activities to reduce injuries and damage
