- City of Fort Worth Food Handler's Certification within 30 days of hire
- valid Texas Driver's License

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- prior nutrition-related or collegiate/professional athletics experience
- experience with purchasing platforms such as US Foods and VISTAR
- interest in pursuing a career as a Registered Dietitian or in sports nutrition
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- skill in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Apple iPad technology
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to follow oral and written instructions with strong attention to detail
- ability to collaborate effectively with co-manager while also working independently
- ability to maintain staff confidence by adhering to HIPAA by keeping all information confidential
- ability to promote intercollegiate athletics philosophy and comply with departmental policies, the Big 12 Conference and NCAA regulations
Job Duties
- Provides daily athlete-facing customer service
- manages inventory
- places vendor orders and reconciles deliveries
- monitors and stocks all fueling stations according to established par levels
- oversees the Sports Nutrition Intern Program including recruiting, orientation, and developing weekly schedules to ensure season-based coverage
- maintains food safety standards and cleanliness of the primary fueling station and eleven satellite fueling stations in accordance with applicable food safety regulations
- performs other duties as assigned
