Job Requirements
- Ability to receive training on and adapt to Microsoft Office and TICO Fuel User Group programs
- Ability to generate reports using Fuel Master
- Familiarity with smartphone troubleshooting for field technicians
- Ability to assist and train employees on Fuel Master Live app
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot tank wagons and flow meter systems
- Capability to perform equipment audits and enforce SOP adherence
- Professional communication skills with customers and maintenance
- Ability to coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Experience in training and scheduling employees
- Flexibility to work overnight and various shifts
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card
Job Qualifications

- TWIC card possession preferred
- Class A or B CDL with tanker/hazmat endorsement a plus
- Experience in fueling, petroleum, or terminal operations field preferred
Job Duties
- Receive training and adapt quickly to Microsoft Office and Fuel User Group programs
- Generate reports using Fuel Master for customers and management
- Troubleshoot field technician issues with smartphones and dispensing products
- Assist and train employees on Fuel Master Live app login
- Understand and troubleshoot TICO tank wagons and flow meter systems
- Perform regular audits on equipment condition and SOP adherence
- Communicate professionally with customer representatives and maintenance teams
- Track and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
- Oversee accident, incident, and near miss reporting with proper documentation
- Train new hires and manage re-training needs
- Maintain communication with TICO FUG manager and leadership team
- Schedule employees to ensure coverage and customer satisfaction
- Organize and review employee paperwork and inspection forms daily
- Monitor fuel inventory and coordinate deliveries
- Resolve team conflicts and handle customer complaints
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations
- Assist with nightly dispense routes as needed
- Oversee all CHS fueling operations and performance standards
- Conduct spill response training and manage safety compliance
- Communicate supply, employee, and equipment needs regularly
- Liaise closely with corporate safety director on regulations and concerns
- Obtain HAZ MAT/Haz-Whopper training and certification
