Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience as a dispatcher
- Experience as a fuels dispatcher preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Experience with dispatching systems
- Preferred experience with Smart Drops
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbally
- Ability to handle customer service issues
- Ability to solve problems

Job Duties
- Establish and optimize delivery routes
- Record times of departure, arrivals, type of fuel loaded and/or delivered
- Communicate with drivers and customers via phone and dispatch system
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers
