Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent education
- ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- ability to interact with mobile devices and touchscreen technology
- demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
- certifications including Food Handler, ServSafe, and TIPS Alcohol Certification
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with drug-free workplace policy

- previous server or food service experience preferred
- prior customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all guests
- take food and beverage orders accurately and prepare items according to recipes and presentation standards
- review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
- maintain current knowledge of all menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- learn and recognize guest preferences to enhance the overall experience
- comply with all cash-handling procedures and internal controls
- clean, organize, and maintain workstations in accordance with department standards and health code requirements
- maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
- follow all department and company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- attend required meetings and training sessions
- provide outstanding service to both guests and fellow team members
- perform other duties as assigned
