Job Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent education
  • ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to interact with mobile devices and touchscreen technology
  • demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
  • ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
  • certifications including Food Handler, ServSafe, and TIPS Alcohol Certification
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • compliance with drug-free workplace policy

Job Qualifications

  • previous server or food service experience preferred
  • prior customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all guests
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and prepare items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
  • maintain current knowledge of all menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
  • learn and recognize guest preferences to enhance the overall experience
  • comply with all cash-handling procedures and internal controls
  • clean, organize, and maintain workstations in accordance with department standards and health code requirements
  • maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
  • follow all department and company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • attend required meetings and training sessions
  • provide outstanding service to both guests and fellow team members
  • perform other duties as assigned
