Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • complete knowledge of all state driving laws
  • willingness to work beyond scheduled hours if necessary
  • ability to communicate, read and write in English
  • ability to lift and carry luggage up to 100 lbs
  • able to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and kneeling
  • ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • ability to run short distances to retrieve vehicles
  • maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
  • ability to work as part of a team and help co-workers with their duties

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • current valid driver’s license
  • excellent driving record verified by a motor vehicle report
  • ability to operate vans, limousines, and manual transmission vehicles preferred
  • exceptional communication skills
  • detail oriented
  • ability to learn and adapt in a changing work environment
  • able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • multitasking skills and telephone etiquette

Job Duties

  • greet guests courteously and promptly upon arrival
  • safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
  • assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • communicate effectively with guests regarding hotel services and local information
  • ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
  • support team members by pitching in with their duties as needed
