Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Previous experience in customer service or valet parking preferred

- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
