Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to drive and maneuver vehicles safely
Previous experience in customer service or valet parking preferred
Good communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in valet parking or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and safety protocols

Job Duties

Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
Assist guests with luggage
Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
