Job Requirements

  • Must submit an application through InterPark Holdings career website or apply in person
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US
  • Must be at least 18 years old, 21 or older for off-airport locations
  • Must be willing to pass a drug test and background check
  • Ability to grasp, push, scoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to bend, walk through parking lots or ramps, and climb stairs if needed
  • Must have adequate vision and hearing to perform essential functions
  • Willingness to work at assigned parking location, garage, booth, or office
  • Must be willing to work assigned schedule
  • Valid driver’s license may be required for driving duties
  • Possible requirement to pass motor vehicle record check
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and pass physical exam if driving shuttle bus at off-airport location

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform basic cleaning and maintenance functions
  • Math skills for cashier-related duties if required
  • Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles, and manual if location requires
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience with cleaning, general repair/maintenance, or electrical repair beneficial
  • Previous customer service experience advantageous
  • Experience driving manual and automatic vehicles or shuttle buses a plus
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments depending on season and customer volume
  • Positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills
  • Excellent dependability and time management
  • Strong customer focus and team orientation

Job Duties

  • Perform janitorial and other assigned daily duties utilizing proper equipment and safety precautions
  • Use proper lifting techniques for moving facility/office equipment and setting up meetings as requested
  • Clean windows, vents, fixtures, and sweep or mop walkways, steps, and restrooms as needed
  • Maintain safe and clean maintenance shop area if applicable
  • Push dumpsters safely from location to trash collection area
  • Remove snow using appropriate tools and apply sand/salt on icy conditions following safety guidelines
  • Remain vigilant for unusual or threatening situations and report immediately to management
  • Monitor property for safety and security
  • Report any accidents, hazards, maintenance needs, and suspicious activities to a manager
  • Respond to potentially dangerous situations safely and effectively
  • Participate in all required safety and security trainings
  • Hand or power wash customer and company vehicles when required
  • Drive and park various vehicles including customer cars, trucks, and shuttle buses in confined areas
  • Perform cashier duties or fill in as customer service representative greeting and assisting customers
  • Conduct general handyman duties including minor repairs related to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical garage issues
  • Coordinate delivery of maintenance-related items from shop to locations
  • Identify and tag broken ballasts for replacement
