Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required

  • Minimum one year of related education, training, or experience
  • Working knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
  • Familiarity with bar equipment operation
  • Understanding of liquor laws and regulations
  • Experience with standard cash handling procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve inspired cocktails and beverages
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience
  • Operate the computerized Point of Sale system accurately
  • Maintain a clean and expertly organized bar area
  • Comply with all applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Handle cash transactions following standard procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
