Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment
- F&B safety certifications including ServSafe Manager required within first six months of hire
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- Extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
- Ability to climb or ascend heights if needed
- Perform physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including extreme heat
- Knowledge of computer programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and ability to work varied shifts
- Ability to work in different locations within the park as needed
- Perform cleaning duties including use of cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment
- Experience in a theme park environment preferred
- F&B safety certifications including ServSafe Manager required within first six months of hire
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Intermediate food and beverage and theme park knowledge
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Exceptional supervisory abilities
- Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Knowledge of computer programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of MMS preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction and facility sanitation commitments are maintained to standards
- Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needs
- Daily inspection of all assigned locations for safety and health standards
- Supervise and train ambassadors
- Prepare and track daily reports such as prep calculators and waste logs
- Address concerns and resolve problems
- Plan, assign and direct work
- Order and maintain product and supplies
- Create and update ambassador weekly schedules
- Contact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facility
- Maintain repair log and control labor cost
- Cover Culinary Department Duty Manager shifts as needed
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and training ambassadors
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining ambassadors
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Assist other locations and areas throughout the park as needed
