Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry towels and pool equipment
- Good physical health and stamina
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and resort policies
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of pool chemicals and safety regulations is a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure a safe and clean environment around the pool area
- Transport soiled towels to the laundry area
- Sort and fold clean towels
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Monitor pool safety and report any hazards
- Assist guests with poolside needs and inquiries
- Maintain stock of pool supplies
