Job Requirements

Must be available to work weekends and holidays
work is performed in a fast-paced, physical environment
frequent use of common household and industrial cleaning chemicals
occasional overtime may be required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
strong attention to detail
organizational and time management skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
problem-solving and adaptability
excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures and quality standards
notify the front desk upon room completion to ensure timely availability for guests
report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unserviceable rooms to the supervisor promptly
respond to guest and management requests efficiently and courteously
maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked linen cart and storage area
ensure security and proper handling of keys, equipment, and supplies issued daily
report lost and found items immediately to the supervisor
participate in team cleaning and self-inspection programs as required
respond quickly and politely to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction
present a professional image at all times through proper grooming and attire
comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
