Job Requirements
- One or more years of service industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- Genuine caring and compassionate attitude

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their table pre-set according to party size and preferences
- Maintain the host/hostess stand in excellent condition and manage phone calls with professionalism
- Understand guests' feelings and make proactive efforts to enhance their dining experience
- Resolve customer complaints and special requests with hospitality and professionalism
- Use computer systems to manage reservations and ensure proper restaurant set up
- Assist servers by clearing tables and running food when necessary
- Move actively within the restaurant and bar areas to meet operational needs
