Job Requirements
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum one year of service industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and guest-focused attitude
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale systems

- Basic computer literacy
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly upon arrival and escort them to their tables pre-set according to party size and preferences
- Maintain the host/hostess stand in excellent condition and manage phone calls per Four Seasons standards
- Make recommendations for restaurant setup and maintain station charts and cover counts
- Provide compassionate guest service, addressing any concerns during their meal for satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, events, personnel, and directions
- Utilize computer systems to manage reservations accurately and ensure restaurant readiness
- Support servers by clearing tables and running food as needed
- Maintain mobility behind the desk and throughout the restaurant and bar areas
