Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of related hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently employed in a managerial position within Four Seasons
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical ability to be mobile within restaurant and bar areas

- Demonstrated ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Genuine personality with a passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables according to party size and preferences
- Maintain host/hostess stand setup and cleanliness
- Answer phone calls promptly following Four Seasons standards
- Manage restaurant reservations and update station charts and cover counts
- Resolve guest complaints and accommodate special requests with professionalism
- Assist servers by clearing tables and running food as needed
- Use computer systems to support reservation accuracy and restaurant operations
