Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of related hospitality experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • US work authorization unless currently employed in a managerial position within Four Seasons
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical ability to be mobile within restaurant and bar areas

  • One or more years of service industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
  • Genuine personality with a passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables according to party size and preferences
  • Maintain host/hostess stand setup and cleanliness
  • Answer phone calls promptly following Four Seasons standards
  • Manage restaurant reservations and update station charts and cover counts
  • Resolve guest complaints and accommodate special requests with professionalism
  • Assist servers by clearing tables and running food as needed
  • Use computer systems to support reservation accuracy and restaurant operations
