Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a resort, fine dining, or similar professional kitchen environment
  • strong culinary skills
  • ability to work efficiently with knives, spatulas, mixers, and other kitchen tools
  • must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
  • ability to monitor inventory and assist with deliveries
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals in accordance with standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in portion size, quality, and presentation
  • practice proper knife skills and utilize standard cooking tools with efficiency and safety
  • complete daily prep tasks and ensure readiness for the following day's operations
  • monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low-stock items
  • assist with receiving deliveries and conducting inventory counts
  • maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen in accordance with local health regulations and company standards
  • report any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to supervisor immediately
  • support kitchen operations by assisting with dishwashing or other tasks as needed
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring follow-through for complete satisfaction
  • represent the company professionally through proper attire, grooming, and conduct
  • adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • perform additional duties as assigned by the chef, supervisor, or management team
