Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a resort, fine dining, or similar professional kitchen environment
- strong culinary skills
- ability to work efficiently with knives, spatulas, mixers, and other kitchen tools
- must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
- ability to monitor inventory and assist with deliveries
- strong time management and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in portion size, quality, and presentation
- practice proper knife skills and utilize standard cooking tools with efficiency and safety
- complete daily prep tasks and ensure readiness for the following day's operations
- monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low-stock items
- assist with receiving deliveries and conducting inventory counts
- maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen in accordance with local health regulations and company standards
- report any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to supervisor immediately
- support kitchen operations by assisting with dishwashing or other tasks as needed
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring follow-through for complete satisfaction
- represent the company professionally through proper attire, grooming, and conduct
- adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- perform additional duties as assigned by the chef, supervisor, or management team
