- Have experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting

- Residency within the State that the Community operates in
- Commitment to professional appearance and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to prepare meals according to established recipes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
Job Duties
- Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards
- Showcase flair for plating and presentation
- Maintain temperature charts and food safety records
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control
- Notify the Chef of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations
- Uphold personal grooming and kitchen hygiene standards
- Assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas
- Foster a spirit of collaboration and innovation
- Ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system, verifying proper dating and organization for optimum freshness
- Assist Chef Manager and F&B Director to grow kitchen efficiency and offer staff training opportunities
- Follow all sanitation, food handling protocols, safety policies, and meet regulatory requirements
