Job Requirements
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- must demonstrate effective communication skills to understand and follow company policies and safety rules
- must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
- must comply with company safety standards and PPE requirements
- must adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- must be available for shifts of at least 4 hours or more depending on business needs
- must follow proper lifting techniques and workplace safety procedures
- must complete required safety trainings including Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know
- must report all accidents and unsafe conditions promptly
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at the start of the shift
- manage production planning
- complete invoice review
- produce products for sales floor warmers and hot bar as per planogram and SOP
- clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters
- complete daily food safety compliance logs
- track and record losses using known loss tracking
- train team members
- make sandwiches, subs, and wraps, label and display them as per SOP
- make and serve pizza following proper procedures
- assist customers, cut and slice meat or cheese, portion deli food into containers, weigh and label items
- produce for grab and go section
- roast chicken, wrap and label
- clean roaster and manage oil disposal
- fry chicken and maintain fryer cleanliness
- break down and clean equipment every 4 hours
- order products for smoked program if applicable
- produce smoked products as per SOP
- clean and sanitize implements and equipment
- perform record-keeping as assigned
- manage loss tracking including markdowns and Flashfoods
- review orders
- upload live freight
- merchandise prepared food programs
- plan weekly circular ad
- organize sales floor cooler and freezer
