Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Operates equipment necessary to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold and package Resort linen and team member uniforms for distribution or storage
- Log, tag, and package items as appropriate
- Maintain commercial laundry equipment, linen, and washable uniforms to VSA Resorts standards
- Provides Linen Exchange services to owners and guests in accordance with established procedures
- Supports the Executive Housekeeper in the safe keeping of access keys, owner and guest information, linen, unit, guest and cleaning supply inventories, and reports needs as necessary
- Keeps track of inventory and housekeeping supplies
- Coordinates activities other departments to ensure everything runs correctly and smoothly
- Provides Suite Attendant, Resort Attendant or House Persons services and support when occupancy or human resource demands require it
- Supports other departments in light cleaning, maintenance, housekeeping, marketing, and HR activities when needed
- Meets with Executive Housekeeper or their representative daily, provides visual inspections of all interior and exterior common areas for safety and established "sense of arrival" expectations
- Assists EH in inventorying all department supplies, equipment, and storage areas to ensure proper inventory levels, equipment is operating properly, and storage areas are properly organized
- Reports any hazardous incidents, safety concerns, injuries, or potentially dangerous situations to Resort Manager
- Provides on-site activities, area attractions, events, and other vacation information to owners/guests
- Solicits client referrals, timeshare tour opportunities, online satisfaction reviews and customer feedback for improvement
- Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates
