Job Requirements
- Graduation from accredited culinary school or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years culinary arts experience
- At least 2 years experience in full-service kitchen supervisor or lead line cook role
- Ability to supervise a team of over 25 employees
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 80 lbs
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from accredited culinary school or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of culinary arts experience
- At least 2 years in a full-service kitchen as supervisor or lead line cook
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise kitchen hot line and all stations
- Provide guidance and support to kitchen team
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor ingredient freshness and food controls
- Expedite orders efficiently maintaining quality
- Oversee proper food receiving, storage, and rotation
- Maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness and functionality
