Job Requirements
- high school diploma desired
- dependable work background
- must be mature, neat, courteous, and friendly
- ability to work varied hours on a rotating basis
- must be available to work weekends
- must operate vacuum cleaner
- must wear uniform and nametag at all times
- display pride and integrity in job performance
- learn and comprehend all company policies related to the position
- physical ability to perform needed tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing up to 50 lbs
- able to communicate verbally and in writing
- recognize and report problem areas in rooms
- must work weekends and some holidays
- able to stand, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, carry, lift, see, hear, and climb stairs or ladders
- able to work in a physically demanding atmosphere

Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and assigned areas
- supply areas with items required for guest convenience and comfort per brand standards
- adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
- operate cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners
- ensure rooms are inspected and report problem areas to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- maintain a neat and professional appearance while wearing uniform and nametag
- work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
