Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- Availability to work full-time shifts as scheduled
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning in a healthcare or senior living environment preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities in the facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local cleanliness and safety standards
- Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable manner
- Follow directions from the Administrator and/or Housekeeping supervisor
- Support the creation and maintenance of a welcoming environment for residents
- Assist in maintaining sanitation in both resident rooms and common areas
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies properly
