Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
Ability to interact positively with elderly residents
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Physical ability to complete housekeeping duties including lifting and standing for long periods
Willingness to undergo training and wear uniforms

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Strong attention to detail and punctuality
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Customer-service oriented mindset

Job Duties

Perform routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and resident apartments
Ensure all common spaces and private living areas are hygienic and welcoming
Interact daily with residents to provide friendly and respectful service
Maintain cleanliness standards, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and restroom sanitation
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols
Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and standards
