Job Requirements

  • Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, carry, and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to move furniture when required
  • Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Willingness to undergo background check
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Make beds and replace linens as needed
  • Dispose of trash and replenish supplies
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations
  • Assist with moving furniture when necessary
