Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to handle physical workload
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- commitment to following safety and cleanliness standards
- must be able to move furniture when needed
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality hotels or senior living preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing bending lifting stooping kneeling crawling pushing reaching carrying and standing for long periods
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
- sanitize surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of infection
- manage laundry and linen services according to schedule
- restock supplies and report inventory needs
- assist with moving furniture and arranging living spaces
- adhere to safety and health protocols
- communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure a supportive living environment
