Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- one year previous experience or some hospital or medical clerical experience or medical terminology preferred
- must have skills necessary to operate office equipment required to fulfill job duties
- intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- familiarity with patient engagement software
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- longevity in past roles

Job Duties
- communicate with patients and families, physicians and staff
- register and admit patients and process their paperwork
- prepare patient charts
- update patient demographics and information in system
- collect monies due and prepare daily deposit log
- answer incoming phone calls
- perform other duties assigned by management
