Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age at time of pre-employment screening
- must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation and meet company standards
- prior food prep experience within a fast pace/high volume environment
- certificate in food handling/sanitation methods, or servsafe certified preferred
- experienced in customer service
- strong work ethic
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to participate in quarterly cleaning

Job Duties
- prepares foods requiring short preparation time
- replenish the serving line
- assists in portioning, serving and or wrapping selected foods on plates, trays, and bags
- prepare hot and or cold sandwiches, fruit and vegetable trays, salads, may slice and or mix simple ingredients, as needed
- always provides the highest quality of service to customers
- when supply deliveries arrive the fsw will assist storing food products and supplies in designated storage rooms
- follows basic recipes and or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs for consumption in eating establishments
