Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient and high-quality food service operations
- Coordinating daily food production schedules and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as necessary
- Training and mentoring food service staff to enhance their skills and service delivery
- Addressing and resolving any operational issues or customer service concerns promptly
