Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple employees
  • Attention to detail in food preparation and service
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Concord, NC

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience supervising multiple employees in a food service environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of food service operations
  • Familiarity with food safety standards
  • Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field is a plus
  • Food Handler's certification is preferred

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient workflow and high service standards
  • Managing kitchen operations to comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Communicating effectively with team members and school staff to coordinate meal service
  • Maintaining accurate records related to food production and inventory
  • Training and mentoring staff to enhance skills and maintain compliance with policies
