- Manage Click and Collect operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Make decisions impacting Food Lion To-Go associates and customer service levels
- Act as a customer service ambassador across all departments
- Lead and motivate Food Lion To-Go associates to achieve high morale and productivity
- Foster an environment focused on customer satisfaction and business goal attainment
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
