  • Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity
  • Ability to develop menus and recipes
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience managing food costs and labor budgets
  • Ability to lead, coach, and manage a team effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food preparation
  • Develop and execute menus for the hotel’s restaurants and event spaces
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Oversee food purchasing and inventory management
  • Maintain control over food and labor costs
  • Train, coach, and discipline kitchen staff as necessary
  • Ensure security of kitchen access and hotel property
