Job Requirements

Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
Ability to follow dietary and safety guidelines
Flexibility to work full-time or part-time schedules
Commitment to teamwork and high standards
Ability to demonstrate empathy and caring attitude
Capable of maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with company policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of one year experience in food preparation or a related role
Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen safety standards
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

Prepare meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
Manage food inventory and supplies efficiently
Collaborate with the care team to accommodate special dietary needs
Work flexible hours to support resident dining schedules
Assist in menu planning and food presentation
Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly
