Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education
- Knowledge of state and federal food-handling regulations is strongly desired
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS mission and operating philosophies
- Availability to work full-time starting January or February 2026

- Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies
- Follow state and federal food-handling regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure positive dining experiences
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Monitor food quality and inventory levels
- Comply with PHS mission and operating philosophies
