Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Culinary experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, and palatable meals
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal food-handling regulations
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Monitor food quality and safety consistently
  • Collaborate with dining staff to enhance the customer dining experience
  • Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and best practices
