Job Requirements

- Ability to work full-time schedule with every other weekend rotation

- Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, and palatable meals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal food-handling regulations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Monitor food quality and safety consistently
- Collaborate with dining staff to enhance the customer dining experience
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and best practices
