Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- must have basic math skills and cash handling skills
- must have very good communication and written skills
- Able liquor license
- food handlers permit within 30 days from date of hire
- ability to work any shifts, start time, weekends, and holidays
- documents that establish both identity and employment eligibility
- Kickapoo Tribal Gaming License

Job Duties
- Accurately take cocktail and food orders and serving to customers in a timely manner
- relays orders to bartender and/or kitchen staff
- responsible for making change out of issued banks
- ensure compliance with legal requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages
- keeps assigned area clean at all times
- professional appearance (well-groomed)
- provide a friendly and courteous customer service
- performs other duties and projects as required by management
