Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation or culinary services
- knowledge of food sanitation and safety
- ability to work in high temperature and humidity environments
- physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and carry food and equipment
- strong communication skills
- ability to work a full-time set schedule with weekend rotation

- experience in food service industry or related field

- prepare and serve healthy and delicious meals
- oversee food preparation and kitchen sanitation

- train and supervise food service staff

- alter menus to accommodate special diets and food availability
- maintain kitchen equipment and utensils cleanliness
