Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or cake decorating experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math and measuring skills
- strong attention to detail and creativity
- good customer service skills

Job Duties
- use artistic and creative skills to decorate cakes and pastries
- mix colors to create perfect icing and floral decorations
- take customer orders over the phone and in-store
- replenish bakery display cases and shelves
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- collaborate with team members to meet daily baking and customer service goals
