Job Duties
- Sincerely greet and welcome guests with a warm and welcoming manner, introducing yourself and offering a beverage
- Maintain a professional presence at the barista station at all times
- Process financial/guest transactions accurately, efficiently, and timely
- Know the script, drink menu, and hours of operation
- Complete pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements
- Ability to multi-task with the needs of the business
- Know all pricing, promotions, and discounts that apply to pricing
- Knowledge of all amenities to properly transact and deliver to completion
- Maintain proper levels of product stock throughout
- Ensure all soiled dishes are returned to the proper area and supplies are organized
- Responsible for opening, closing, and running duties of cash handling policies and cash out process
- Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Maintain professional presence at the restaurant's entrance at all times
- Manage the waiting line graciously and effectively
- Responsible for the cleanliness of bar/barista area
- Maintain a cheerful, positive attitude and appropriate conduct with guests and teammates at all times
